As i posted the other day- remember your elastoplasts- nipple sting is one of the worst pains ever- far worse than piles so pack a bumper pack of band-aid---1.99 in Aldi for 100 jumbo elastoplasts-great value by anyones standards i say Surprised

Esentials for ski trip in bulgaria:

Torch (in case of power cut)
Deep Heat (your limbs will hurt)
Hip Flask (fill with drink of choice)
