Hi Andrew, I havent heard about Yas 3 being shut and Im very surprised if it is. However in my opinion even if it doesnt snow again (which it will) all slopes will be open. The only exception to this may be Marky 3 which is currently open. But to be fair I have always skied it anyway as its near some good off piste. Best conditions I think Ive seen all your friends will be more than happy. 32 of my friends out with me so see you there. Will be in Bobbys bar Sat for most of the day/evening ...

Thanks Boon, hopefully you are correct and it buckets down! We were out last year at this time and it was poor to say the least so we are looking forward to some real skiing. I'll try to get my gang up together on Saturday and pop in bobby's for a pint.cheers

i skied yestrebets 3 on monday and it was in great nick , my guess would be it's closed because they're working on the snowpark or draglift that services it .

They sometimes have races down at the bottom of Yastrebets 3, they use the drag lift near to the Yastrebets Hotel and then they close the slope from the top. But it is not normally for more than a couple of days.If you choose to to ski down when they are racing and go through their timing beams they are not happy. In fact they are very unhappy.
I know because we did it once. Only once though.
