As you know the Ski A Thong is set for 14th March in Borovets but I would like your thoughts as to where we should present Amanda with the cheque. At first I thought it best to do it immeditaely after the Ski A Thong on the slopes - but then it would be a bit difficult to add up all the collections made on the day and add that to the total. So maybe we should arrange a presentation evening in one of the bars where we can all dress up in our glad rags and have a party once the final total has ...
As you know the Ski A Thong is set for 14th March in Borovets but I would like your thoughts as to where we should present Amanda with the cheque. At first I thought it best to do it immeditaely after the Ski A Thong on the slopes - but then it would be a bit difficult to add up all the collections made on the day and add that to the total. So maybe we should arrange a presentation evening in one of the bars where we can all dress up in our glad rags and have a party once the final total has been established. We can then add together all the money raised by the others which would help to make the total even better.

Hopefully, you will need a HUGE place to accommodate everyone.We had a presentation night couple of years ago at Eagles Rock. Had lunch there this year - good food and service, prices ok. Nice decor and two floors with balcony to look down onto ground floor. Just back from main road between Rila and Samokov Hotels, so easy to find. Worth considering if a large restaurant needed. Don't know the owner but could telephone number for you to prebook

If that's what everyone wants then I'll e-mail Fraser to arrange something. As we will probably pack the place maybe we should ask the owner for a 200 levs contribution to the fund.Pete

I think a presentation evening is a great idea? Still on the 14th?Do the ski, go back, throw stuff in the case, come back out for one final party!! Fab idea.

Get Frazer to explain to owner that if the food is not top notch (and prices) then he will get a slating on this board when you all get back
