Why is it that moving house......

Is such a bloody nightmare ('scuse my French)

The guy who is meant to be buying my place seems to have done nothing at all for the last 4 weeks - no survey yet, nothing..... aaarrrrgggghhhh

Not relevent at all here guys, and I apologise, I am just getting wound up by it all - you find the dream house, agree a price, and then the sale of yours looks like falling apart..........

I havent joined the property yet but will be in a few years time.

Is there no way you can ask for more money if it takes too long as you will be losing out on the increased (possibly) value of your home over say the 3 month period?

Problem is guys, I'm a Mortgage Broker and know all the hastles that happen, doesn't make it less frustrating though.

Update - could all be sorted later today....... crossed fingers etc
