Would have been in vain mate, Wendy and Jess were unwell, and i ended up having to go to Sofia... like you say mate, always next year.. or this if you can get a cheeky one in

Hi Steve - What's the commute up from Sofia like ? Is it adding time to the journey yet or is it still pretty much a clear run..... 3 days and counting :-))))))))

Today is snow all the way, sketchy driving in very slippery conditions, 3 hours plus to do it safely, or 2 hours if you want to end up in a ditch (and many have...)

Took 4hrs this morning as roads were all covered in snow, ice, compacted snow and stupid drivers who do not know how to drive in these conditions. On the way home all good as roads had pretty much been cleared. The only sketchy part was Predel but the ploughs and gritters were going over and back again as I was climbing up and descending.
Think will be very very icy in the morning when I leave at 7ish could be interesting.
