Have just had a look at the 12z run (basically the 6pm run) on the GFS weather model and things are looking even better than what I have been telling all of you since the beginning of January.
The new run is forecasting snowfalls on the 20/21 January and then again from the 23rd to 1st February - fantastic, it just keeps getting better every new run!!
Again, if any of you know how to interpret these professional models then you will see exactly what I am saying:

Don't believe all the other tourist type forecast websites e.g. snow-forecast.com etc as they are absolute rubbish. Even accuweather.com often gets it wrong but then "changes" it's mind just as the snow is about to fall - amateurs!re: You won't want to miss this!

Snowplough, sorry but i'm only flying out on the 27th and to Bansko. But I will still hold you to that wee dram or two!
