Malina Chalets are in a good location for the slopes with ski in ski out possible. Very cosy and a real taste of the outback. However they are about 2 kms from the centre and you would ned to get taxis f you want to join in the main nightlife.

Hi Freddie,

not sure about the nite life, our hotel had quite alot to do for us, bowling alley, pool, irish bar and nite club. We did go to the White Hart and the bar in the Perilik Hotel they were both good. I'm sure there are loads more. The Milina Chalets from what i remember arent to far from town so you wont have to far to go.... I'm sure you'll find somewhere to have a few pints!!!!! i know we will.

I wouldn't recommend walking it - especially at night. No pavements, very winding road and often very icy.

Hiya, We're off to pamps for the second time on the 24th. Flying from manchester, but good old balkan have us flying to edinburgh to pick up then on to plovdiv.
We stayed in the Malina Village chalets last yr- they're really sweet, but ours was pretty damncold at night. Cool though and very cosy. stairs are something else when you've had a few too many kamenitza's!!!
we're staying in the laplandia this yr....can;t wait!!!

We know the Balkin issues going from Newcastle on 24th having to call in at humberside on way..... only 4 sleeps to go!!!!!!!!!
