anyone living in Iglika Palace hotel?

Where is Hotel Iglika Palace? Is it near to the gondola station?
If I live in that hotel, where will I get my ski equipment from if i booked with Balkan holiday?

It's behind the Rila Hotel, so within walking distance of gondola. You can either walk through the Rila or go round. It has had good reviews, although people say it is worth upgrading your room, as the superior rooms are larger and newly decorated. Very Happy

OH..it is a bit too far away from the gondola station when walking with skis and boots....If I go there, I will probably join the Samokov ski school, it would be better for me to stay at Samokov then...

In March, the road down to the gondola is likely to be clear of ice and snow, if I can manage it, I'm sure you can. Depends on the price and if you fancy trying a different hotel Very Happy

Calvin, From memory the Iglika hotel is between 150 - 250m from the gondola.

Gilly14, You could leave ski/board in your room like I saw a few people doing. If you're in the 'superior' rooms the balcony may be used instead although if you have thieving neighbours they might try to jump across to your balcony. It's not far.

They have a storage facility in the basement, not sure of cost. Smaller and friendlier than the samakov.
