Booked up in Feb with Inghams for Pamps, flying from Newcaste to Plovdiv, good flight times, no probs with transfers - laughing I thought.

Letter yesterday informs me that they have not been able to 'finalise our contract for airline seats and have had to abandon our plans to operate this route next winter'. Flights have now changed to Manc - Sofia which is no bl**dy good to me so stuff them. I am cancelling Inghams and now going to book with Balkan who fly Newcastle - Plovdiv.

Just to cap it all the letter they wrote to me was packed full of inaccuracies, they had us flying from East Midlands when in fact we had booked from Newcastle, and the alternative flights offered in the letter were from Brum - it was only when checking the new invoice which was sent to me with the letter and speaking to them on the phone that it transpired the flight was actually from Manc. What sort of organisation do they run??

Inghams - bunch of tossers.

I just hope Balkan prove to be better or I will be one unhappy bunny.
