You don't really get ski in ski out in Bans, the planners should of marked out the ski run going right to the old town before the expansion. But still, lessons for Dobri in the future. There is a great place just across from the gondola were they keep skis your renting. There are plenty of places less than 5 mins in ski boots. etc. Bansko royal towers

Or there are old wooden buildings all along one side of the long chalin valog red. Unlikely any are for sale but if you want some oversea property you could fix one up and beat the gondola queues
