best tour operator- balkan tours belfast

i have travelled with balkan tours belfast six times. they r not part of balkan holidays uk.

often we r quick to complain about companies etc etc. but i have to give this family owned independent tour operator.praise as they offer a personal service from when u book till u return from holiday

Holidays changed.

Constant lies. Mentality of book it and then change the details later when its too late.

Reps in bulgaria are nothing short of a joke.

did use the aforementioned.......never again. Also know 4-5 parties this year that had similar complaints.

just my opinion, but will vote with feet next time

I'm def in agreement with Philip F - I've travelled with Roberto etc for the last 10 years and never have had any complaints. In fact will book again for 2008 through them.

Donkeywalloper - are you sure you aren't confusing them with Balkan Holidays?

I'm bricks brother - will see you next week-end.
I was not going to bother with the skiing as it was looking really bad for Pamps, but when Brick said that you had got changed to Borovets, i booked it up 1st thing sat am!
I'm flying out of Gatwick - staying in the Rila hotel - so not far away from you guys - me and the girlfriend - lookign forward to the craic, few drinks and great skiing!!
