It would be cheaper to buy from Aldi etc. than to rent gear from here, cant ever remember seeing any clothing for hire in Borovets Very Happy Very Happy Booze Booze

re: bit of help please dan..

we went to aldi this morning to have a look at their ski gear that went on sale today. My partner bought a fantastic snow boarding jacket for £20. They had kids jacket and salopette sets for £14.99, kids gloves, and thermals and winter boots for kids as well, mens and womens jacket/salopette sets were also very cheap and good quality. Tell him to get down there asap lol.

re: bit of help please dan..

if he buys a cheap one from somewhere when he is finished with it he could stick it on ebay and get some money back, i would have thought that would be cheaper than renting Smile

T.K.Maxx have obscenely cheap ski gear at the moment. Probably cheaper than renting. And hey, if you don't want to keep the gear, eBay it, or make a stylish scarecrow for your vegetable patch Razz

Sorry Tim Borovets not my area mate. But you can rent in the UK before you go. But as the others have said when you can pick up a jacket for £19.99 why bother?

re: bit of help please dan..

what you could do with your jacket when you finish with it is to give it as a thank you to your ski instructer they do not get a great deal of money and if people cannot ski due to lack of snow they will be even worse of, no tips etc . Last year we both gave ours to our brill instructor
