borovets 8th dec

Hello all from a freezing cold borovets,

I am currently sitting in the titanic, its been lightly snowing since I arrived at 3 pm today. It is very windy and bitterly cold. But, you should all be excited there is a decent covering / base of snow that I can see and anyone that is coming for Christmas should be skiing. The sitinyakovo and gondola is open tomorrow for the student weekend so might take walk tomorrow. Titanic don't do dark beer tho!!
BTW It's still snowing Wahay

Hi ya

As you know I've not been in Boro today as Bobo and I are poorly but Bobby has and must have been in a different Borovets to you because he said it's been misty all day and not snowing at the bottom even though it has been at the very top and down here in Samokov!

Anyway, Simon who is working with us all season is around - I will message him and say where you are in case he pops in.

Will try and catch up with you on Monday.

Cheers kas, everywhere I have walked today samokov and boro it has been snowing?? Albeit lightly as I said, its very windy too. Still in titanic, and its still snowing now.9,30pm. thanks for the launderette tip.

No probs. I have asked Bobby again and I think when he says it wasn't snowing his point was that at resort level it was so misty that nothing would settle even if it was fine snow like that for 24 hours and also the samokov / boro road is still totally dry. It's settling here though and is set to snow heavier overnight so here's hoping!!

If Bobby is in Borovets tomoz will get him to contact you to meet up

He will be working / sleeping at Bobby's Bar for the season so you'll catch up when you're over. Will also pass on your regards as well!

Titanic, great memories and met a crazy couple there. Bit like Reader Digest they cant get rid of me now.

Thanks Paul - we're fine, just colds so staying at home to shake them off as 2 weeks today we will finally be open!!

S - now who is this crazy couple you mention?!!
