Morning all,
Due in Borobets in early Jan, staying at the Flora self catering appartments. One of our party has a series of allergies (wheat, citrus, tomatoes) and is also a vegetarian, which makes finding things to eat a little difficult at home, let alone in bulgaria where we dont speak the language.!
Needles to day, we are a little concerned that she might find nothing to eat for the week, other than egg & chips!!
Does anyone know what the local shops / supermarkets are like, and is she likely to find food she can eat or at least recognize?

im a veggie and i find it very hard to get a good meal in bg lol to be honest the food not very good in my opinion . i would hate to have a food allergy if i were you iwould take your own stuff as there is a small supermarket but i dont think you will find any thing she needs from there

(Don't waste time with translation websites, they aren't always accurate. Get a card from a reputable company.)
Better safe than sorry IMO. But good luck with it, and have a great time!
