The main reason I ask is that I have Coeliac disease so finding something to eat can be very difficult, have any other Coeliacs any good/bad experiences of Borovets?

You tend to eat with your group / instructor out on the slopes. There's loads of Gluten Free stuff you can have out there - Soups, Eggs, Chips, Meat and Veg. As long as you're not Veggie and Gluten Free you should be ok...
I'll be doing gluten free and veggie in a couple of weeks so it's going to be egg and chips and soup all week for me...
Didn't see any lockers when out there a couple of years ago
when u have ur break it is usually on the slopes with ur instructor but the hotels are at the bottom of the slopes anyway. which hotel r u in? there aren't any lockers but then like i isay u right next to the slopes anyway?
yeah the rila is one of the best, i stayed there a few years ago but stayed in the samokov at new year, they're definately the 2 best ones there everything u need ids there.
don't know much about cealiacs but the food is generally about 4 main dishes, meat usually, with loads of accompaniments like salads coleslaws vegetables etc and there always omelettes on offer, and loads of fresh fruit.

Do know a little about the condition, u should hve no prob finding something to eat. The Rila is very good, I stayed there earlier this year. You could also buy things from the supermarket nearby in the Rila shopping centre (not the one in the bar area) to take on the slopes with you if necessary. But I am sure youll be fine.
