Umm i can agree with steve on some of the bad points, the gondola que gets big at rush times as it does in most resorts.But then why stand in it either get there early or get there late id never stand queing for that long.
I still go to other resorts of to canada for a couple of weeks in december but due to the cost crnt afford to do the season there.
What i will say even though im doing a season there, with the lift pass gone up again and the bulgarians realising us brits no how to spend money it is getting expensive for what it is.
It was a couple of years ago very cheap and we were doing 2 weeks full board flights transfer and spending money for £400.
And having visited a fair few resorts ive never bin to a resort were people do not push in!!!!
But i think some of your critisism is fair steve.

Bulgaria is like Marmite though, and im not sure why but i love it.

i have been 2 boro with the family 5 times loved it at first but it has gone downhill (pardon the pun) goin 2 banff in jan for not much more than i would have paid 4 boro ok ive got a good deal .
still would go 2 boro in the future maybe .
just dont like it when the comments of some people on this site get very personal if someone dares 2 say a bad thing about bulgaria .no need 2 be personal about it so feel i have to defend the right 2 say what u think.
this is a grt site with good people and yes i joined in the fund raising last year fantastic effort by all' but wish people would not get 2 personal they r only winding u up dont u get it ?

sorry to hear you had a bad experiance there,but have enjoyed two trips there,no problems at all.the kids then 16,11 came and went in a safe enviroment.ywho live in this countryes the snow wasnt great,but neither was the rest of europe at the time.food was good as nothing was processed.all fresh veg ect all that was in season. the instructors all spoke excellant english,better than alot of people who live in this country.yes i wont be going back for a while as i think there are better places to ski according to my family,but i think perhaps you have a chip on your shoulders
