Hi
We are wanting to book hotels, transfers and skis etc with this website. We just wondered if anyone who has booked with them before can help.

We obviously would need to pay the 30% advanced booking and the 4.3% bank charge on top when we book with credit card.

How do you provide your credit card details as this site is not a secure site and I do not feel safe transmitting them across the email especially when my email is hotmail.

Can anyone advise

Hi, if you contact them through the site, they will check details and confirm. What they will do then is foreward u by email details of how to submit your credit card details to a UK address for process. i was nervous the first time but this is the third time ive done it and had no problems.

Thanks Daniel for that useful advice, I tried that but they are not there and when they are I am working.

Paul, thanks for your advice it was very useful. The UK address I take it you mean website address, is it a secure site. I'm glad I'm not the only one nervous.

Paul as you have been so good can you also tell me, they say you can pay the rest of the payment in cash or CC to the rep in Bulgaria, does this get paid in Levs or sterling and if Levs how do they work out the exchange?

They emailed me a form, I filled in my credit card details and faxed it to their office in Bulgaria.

Easy and secure.

They prefer the balance in euro if i remember rightly.
i had better check as we go on the 11th Feb.

I have booked every time through this site and never had any problems just excellent service!
