re: calling the snow shack!

That has just reminded me a friend asked me a question about boards.

If you hire boards from the Snow Shack do they have to be returned each day or do you keep them for the duration of your holiday?

Does anybody know please?

Nicky,
If you hire a board from the snowshack, take it back each day. They can then do any maintenance on the board for you each night. I think if they let you take them home, a few would go walkies each season.

Thanks for that Phil. It's not for me its for a friend.

They are staying at the Castle which you can board in and out of, so having to go down to the Snowshack every day would be a pain!

re: calling the snow shack!

The gents at the snowshack are fantastic. I would definately recommend that your friend gets their board from there. There are less queue's on the first morning, and if you contact them before you go, they will do their best to have equipment ready for you.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

re: calling the snow shack!

I know they are great blokes - they helped us out last year when we couldn't find the screws to attach my sons bindings to his board. They set it all up for him, refused to take any money for their trouble and then we went to put his boots on and found the screws inside them. Doh!
