Yes the guys in the Snowshack will do everything they can to ensure you get the best gear at the best price. They will take as long as is needed to fit you out in what is right for you.

Just ask for Ted or Gary - they are both British and you will soon see why so many people would never go anywhere else for their boarding needs.

Joshy,
I got my first snowboard on my first visit to pamps. Gary spent ages with me ensuring that the boots were a good fit and making sure I was happy with everything.
You cannot go wrong with them!

Hi Joshybjoshy

Do not go anywhere else but the snowshack for your gear!!! Ted and Gary have some great offers on at the moment and all their gear is as good as it gets.

Its difficult to say how much for a full set-up because it really does depend what you are looking for - the boys will however figure out what is best for you and advise you honestly!!! They are very keen for any boarder to be the best they can be and it all starts with the right equipment!!!

Don't trust anyone else ...

Don't trust anyone else and good luck - exchange rate is crap but you will still get the best gear cheaper there!!!

Yep got to agree, took both my daughters in there to get them set up. They made them stand around in the Snowshack for about 2 hours in the boots to make sure they fitted right before they let them out of the shop. Absolutely outstanding service. Hey they even waxed my skis while I was waiting - under duress of course!! Very Happy May not be the cheapest but you get the right gear.

re: can you buy your own snowboard and bindings in pamps?

I spent £70 for a bulgarian made board ( made in chepelare ) £60 for Drake bindings and £100 for Northwave boots in pamps in 2002. Then in 2007 spent 500 euros for Burton board and bindings in France. I still use the same boots and probably will do for a few more years yet. Board rental in france is over £100 so it make financial sense to buy your own.
