Yes thats ok. . .but what about chair lifts. buton pull thingys. . . only thing I am sort of ok with is the gondolas, Gill, me and Christo are cool about me not skiing. . .Me and my friend Becky had a day skiing with him.. .I have never laughed so much in my life Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

EVERYTHING is easier with blades. Have you tried skiing without poles? My poles were the problem - I can infact ski up hill!! No poles and pretend to hold bike handle bars and ride down the hill. Stoopid, but works for me. Lifts - it's the same pose as standing on a train or bus that is stopping / starting. Sort of relaxed but with some tension. I had lessons with Nic from the Titanic, and we also had a great laugh at my inability to get a grip on skiing. But the handlebars/bike ...

Well.. ..my name is julie so guess that makes me a girl. ...an old girl though I.m 50, my hubby and sons learnt how to ski/snowboard in Borovets many years ago and its a major part of their life, January to March its all they talk about. .. . .so. .. .a thought for you. . ..50 year old lady on blades. .. .. .hee hee. . . . .. seriously though. .. I realy have tried hard and its not for me, but love bulgaria and i love to go along and watch them, if it was'nt for the orphanage I would ...

Sorry - just spied the Julie. Bit of a give away really. It's passed my bedtime.

Go one - one day have a go on blades. (Near the beginning of your holiday, just in case it works for you like it did for me.) I'm no spring chicken either, but I am determined to grow old more disgracefully than my galivanting Mother!

Nah. . ..dont think i could stand the laughter from hubby and sons. . . . .have you ever seen the film Bridget Jones. . ..thats me.. . .forgets to fasten her boots. falls off the chair lifts. .. .and the button pull thingys. .. well.. .you would have to see it to believe it Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy the worst of it is. . .my ski jacket is bright pink so everyone notices me.. Oh, we have so much more in common than you think! I AM Bridget Jones! And I will be wearing my bright pink Ski jacket that Father Christmas bought me, LOL. Going to bed a laughing bunny. I mean fancy not doing ski boots up! HA hahahahahhahahah
