Boarding is all about the thrill of the decent and skiing is for more calmer individuals who just like looking at the view!!!! LOL only joking... There is room on the mountain for all of us!!! just keep to the left please skiers!!!!
Good to see us all getting on better this year. Is the war over? I don't think so It just needs a push in the right direction. I do both not good at either, but It's easier to sit and have a rest with a board on.
The WAR as some say will never be OVER, till you call it by its correct name, SNOW BOARDING !!!!! boarding refers to all board sports ( skate/long/wake/surf)
And if ppl love snow im happy to ride with them ( except balders lol )
Hi folks, my 2p worth, the title is a bit provoking, neither is better, they are different, I enjoy both when the respective conditions are right. chris.
I can both board and ski to a reasonable standard and I think i'd have to say that I like both in different conditions. On piste im faster on skis and if the off piste is rubbish there's nothing like hammering down some steep reds or blacks. However, if the powders is there it's got to be a board all the way!
