Found that in the Lion the last time we were there. there was a film channel with some decent stuff starting at 9pm normally. English speaking with Bulgarian subtitles, amazing how quickly you start to recognise words!!That's about as "English" as my TV viewing gets on hols I'm afraid.

You think that's bad. On another ski forum I read about a person who wanted restuarant recommendations. Nowt wrong with that except the recommendation had to be for restuarants where the person WOULD NOT be surrounded by foreign accents or was that foreign languages.

There are plenty of Wifi hotels & mehanas in Bansko so you could watch the episode on iplayer. Therefore no issue.
If you have a laptop take it with you then watch it in your accomodation. If she needs to see it that much (strange but why potentially ruin/spoil her enjoyment of the holiday) then thats a very cheap way of doing it.
Try it in a bar... unlikely. I remember in Nov I went from bar to bar asking for sky sports and everyone said yes we have then get a beer and see its on the ...

Yeah on some channel though most of them are bulgarian
