in pamps the perelik hotel gave best rate 2.8 levs no commission and we had no problems there.

When we travelled to Bansko in mid January we got £100 of currency from M & S which was the best rate at the time.

Once in resort we exchanged money within the local bank and got a brilliant rate of 2.94 to the pound, the more beer tokens the better Booze

ATM's in resort. Just take some sterling to exchange in emergency, in case atms are out of action.

Yesterday, in Borovets, on the streets they were offering between 2.80 and 2.84 levs to a pound
