Hi,
I found the Chinese up above Ski center 1 very good. cheap also, if you book in advance they will pick you up in your hotel,, Me and my partner went last year they picked us up have 3 course meal.. wine and beer for 35euro and they dropped us back to Apre ski bar!!! now thats good service.
another place that was nice was the Italian near the apre ski bar.

most bulgarian restaurants cater well for veggies, lots of divine salads, vegatables, pasta, omelettes,pizza should not be a problem wherever you go, always ask in my experience they will accomodate anything providing they have the ingrediants
