will there still be the hidious wait to get into bulgaria once you arrive at the airport with the miserable moo at imigration or will we go straight through when they are in the eu ,we went last year filled all the forms out on the plane handed them to the steward ,and low and behold had to fill the same form in again.
the plus was though what a fantastic holiday we had in bansko reccomend it to anybody
dont remember ever having to wait at sofia and always find bulgarians friendly and helpful...met a couple of right cuties in borovets but thats i different story
airport was plodiv form was immigration apart from this women at immigraion the bulgarians were very very friendly so dont think i was knocking them all, just stating a fact!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the entry form has not been needed for some time now, its only for non eu residents (or EEA). Personally ive found Sofia to be a bit hit and miss, sometimes you sail through, some times you can get held up quite badly.
Ive travelled back to Heathrow with some Bulgarian friends as well and theyve never had a problem, so i guess you (insider) were just unlucky (granted someone if front may hold the queue up but that can hapen anywhere) roll on the 16th dec
Travelled to Plovdiv and Sofia over past 5 years and never needed to fill any forms in. Maybe if YOU tried being a bit happier Yesum you might get a more positive response! you sound very angry.
