euro or levs

hi when i went to my travel agant to try and get some levs i was told they could not get any as they are now useing the euro?

ca someone please let me know what they are useing in bansko and if its the lev is there anywhere that can get some?

I ordered mine from my bank. Not taking much lev though because the exchange rate in uk is rubbish. Taking sterling cash, much better rate over there

I got my lev from the post office - they don't charge any commission either

you do get a better rate in the resort hotels..just make sure your notes are nice and crisp with no writing, rips etc on them..

are thay ok with the style £20.00 notes

rich1 - we had some new style £20 with us and did not risk trying to change them (just in case!) we would have done if we had needed to. I did see an English guy change some - so assume them are OK.
If you are visiting Bansko try one of the Banks as they offer a better exchange rate than the hotels and should understand better which GBP notes are in circulation.

Marks and sparks have one of the best rates in the uk

WENT TO BOROVETS LAST WEEK YOU GET A BETTER RATE IN THE RESORT JUST TAKE ENOUGH LEV FOR A FEW DAYS AND CHANGE THE REST OUT THERE
