re: first time to Borovets

Hi, which hotel are you staying in? We stayed in the iglika and had a brilliant time, the food was on a buffet style with lots of choice, but there are plenty of eating out places, a really good bar is the Karaoke Bar just up the slope by the Rila on the right hand side, kids are allowed in all of the bars except the men only bars and clubs, you will know what i mean when you get there. The skiing is brilliant, and we are out there again for the 3rd time on the 10th feb, so hope you have fun.

I'm staying at the rila. I've been told about the ladies of the night, are they a problem?

Can someone help?

Were going for xmas 2006 and staying at the Rila, Borovets. Although from UK we live n work in the Middle East and needless to say, we cannot get any ski wear whatsoever. What is the situation there to buy ski clothes, sallopets, jackets etc? Would we be taking a big risk going with nothing? Any feedback would really be appreciated, Cheers.

re: first time to Borovets

YES THERE'S NO PROBLEM GETTING CLOTHING THERE
The Rila has a shopping centre in it and in the small street along side the hotel there are 3-4 shops that sell ski suits etc :::: Wink Hope that helps
