Its a round bit of plastic on a rope that pulls you up the mountain. Very difficult to stay on for some people particulaly me Exclamation Exclamation Highly entertaining to watch though when your not the one disappearing in the trees at the side. Or what I usually manage, laying on the floor in front of the next person coming up Sad Sad

Ahhhh, I know the one's.......for a crap skier i've got a 100% record on those button lifts, I fell over just about everywhere, but I managed to stay on my feet on the buttons. Very Happy

...And the one on the back blue has a particularly 'jumpy start'
if I remember right (oh and a nice 'leap and turn' at the top!)

I tell you what...that bloody botton lift at the bottom of the blue is a nightmare... i don't have enough fingers and toes to count how many times i fell off it 2 yrs ago....

Then there's the one in Borovets at the top of the mountain it must be the longest button on earth....about a 5 min drag at least...

same when we were there February half term but we did only have half a hill to play on
