re: hand warmers

I've only used the disposable handwarmers before, very good and last for ages, sachet size things so y'don't notice them in the pocket. Just bought some of the reheatable gel ones, not had the opportunity to try yet!

Didn't someone mention something about battery heated gloves on here recently? Sound interesting...

Think that was me about the heated gloves... i've decided to try a thermal glove liner first, so i'm going to give them a go in February.
The trouble with the heat pads is that my problem is my fingers, not my actual hands so they're no good for me

I've used the re-usable ones before, which are good to keep in my pockets and then put my hands in when they need it!

Get some mittens rather than gloves. Then the handwarmers can sit next to your fingers. This is what I do. Best if you get some thermal liners to wear as the handwarmers can get very hot sometimes and you don't want then right next to your skin.
