There is a health spa consisting of a swimming pool, gym, jacuzzi, tanning room, along with massage and beauty treatments. Depending on who you are travelling with these may or may not be included. There are two bars, The irish bar in the main building and a smaller bar in the original hotel.

Location wise you will be 50 meters uphill from the Gondola and approximately 100 meters from the nursery slope infront of Ice Angel Hotel and Rila Hotel.

There is a cash machine and bank in the lobby as well as a small grocery shop.

If you want a traditional Bulgarian meal then try restaurant Hrima pronounced Crema which is opposite the entrance. This is well renowned and many affluent bulgarians travel from Sofia to eat here.

If you need to know anythig else just shout.

re: hotel Flora residence?

Thanks Borosi,

I knew this thing already, but I've heard that the pool is a bit cold, and I plan to go there in the afternoons...
I'm at Flora on Sunday27th-Sunday 3th February (family with a boy of 5years). We come from Skopje-Macedonia by car. Hope it will not be so cold, I would love to see snow and sun together Cool

re: hotel Flora residence?

No problem, the pool can feel a bit cold at times, But that can be because the hotel is kept very warm. Hope you have a fantastic time. We are arriving on the 4th of Feb so leave some snow for us please ! ;-)

re: hotel Flora residence?

We were in the Flora from 5 -12th Jan and yes the pool is not very warm! There is a warm jacuzzi pool which they charge extra for and limit you to 20 minutes for some reason. The facilities are modern, although didnt use them (too knackered after a days skiing!) Hope this helps.
