re: hotel iglika palace

not a bad hotel, stayed there over xmas.had booked superior rooms no different from others, other than they have a hair dryer!!!.close to lifts, just cut through back of rila hotel, that will be the big hotel opposite you.have booked to go back feb half term 2008,kids liked it also.when you go to your ski fit on sunday go early before breakfast and get all sorted, then after breakfast you can just go and collect your skis, just by pass queue.

re: hotel iglika palace

My favourite hotel in Borovets is the Iglika. It's in a great location, the drinks in the bar at the front of the hotel are amongst some of the cheapest in town. Very friendly - love the death room. Nice open fire in the dining room - never problems getting a table.

Food was fine - even as vegetarian there was always a good choice of food (better than I recently got in Andorra) and if there isn't anything you like, they'll always make you something.

Stayed beg. Feb. room good and clean as with most hotels in Bulgaria can't seem to keep food hot, but eating out is very good and cheap. Bar excellent and pool/saunas nice. Didn't have a massage but sveral people did and were very pleased. Would stay there again.
