iglika and ela both very nice hotels as everyones been saying.
off piste?? top of the gondola and head for the farthest drag. from the top of there head left and stay as high as possible while traversing across. last march was powder heaven theres not many trees to dodge though.

if theres plenty of snow the run from the top station to the mid station following the gondola pylons is pretty awesome too..lots of nice little hits all the way.
There,s a lovely looking hotel right at the bottom of the slopes called Ice Angels, I,ve never stayed in it but it but would love to, have a look at their web site
Oh wow, are we excited about booking Borovets, thanks for all the splendid help, we shall look into all your hotel advice and powder permitting sounds like some fun spots to explore.
Cheers my dears, have a good snow holiday yourselves if your heading somewhere.
Snik.
Iglika is my first choice, bad points that have never efected me luckily are that the rooms nearer the bar complain about noise if you like to get an early night.
I spent a night in ice angels (at the bottom of the chair) on a weekend visit and it was lovely - the food also very good and very accommodating as we had a few unusual requests. Not sure of the prices this year, but it was 'middle of the pack' last season.
Giving the Ela a try this year I understand it's had a face lift. Usually do the Rila so saved about £170. Eat out at night times plenty of good maheanas.
Snow Plough,
We stayed in the Rila on our 1st visit 2 Boro, Last yr stayed in the Ela, the Ela knocks the socks off the Rila for comfort, quality, rooms etc. Food is same!
We are stopping in the Ela again this yr!
