Went to Bansko this year and had fab time. Next year thinking of Boro, has anyone got any recommendations or warnings re hotels? we are 2 adults and two kids. We would want a family room. also kids want to go somewhwere with pool/table tennis!!re: hotels in boro
Samakov would be the best for you.swimming pool, bowling alley, shooting, etc

Iglika really cosy and friendly.It has pool and games room.

Def the Iglika - Samokov is a very large hotel and if you want to go bowling, shooting, nightclub etc, it's only round the corner.
I've stayed at both the Iglika and the Samokov and went back to the Iglika - book the superior rooms too. Much nicer. and it's cosy and friendly there too...
To get to the slopes from the Samokov, you've got to walk up the hill about 100 yds. To get to the slopes from the Iglika, you cross through the Rila car park (which is opposite) and through the ...

The Rila was the only hotel with rooms for 4 people when I looked.Went last Jan with 8 and 10 year olds.
Great location, but not 4 Star rated.
