Yes i stayed at the Samokov and paid by credit card, that was 4 years ago and it never hit my account.

I stayed at the hotel lion lasts year and have booked to go back there at the end of the month really good value friendly staff a nice 10 min walk to the centre. Have a look on trip adviser.
