About 20mins but of a mad rush at peak time
ski hire found ok - you do need a passport or driving licence to hire anything and you get 20% off your lift pass when you hire - you get 5 levs back for each card when you return them.

if you have organised this already with your travel company no need for passport or driving license as far as I know.
