so people do i... take euros, levs, £'s or cards to pamps?
basically whats the best option? change money in the uk or in bulgaria..

Debit card.. def - or exchange money at a DECENT change beureuax in Sofia - not at resort.. watch for commission and numbers such as 2.01 instead of 2.10

I think 2.01 would be a good rate to take NOW -- Remember, most of the rates You see on Tinternet are BANK rates NOT tourist exchange rates.

I will be in Pamps for the first time on the Tuesday 27th Jan with a group of reprobate boarders -- I will try and turn them but as said before I think its in your Genes !!!

Been to Boro too many times to mention over the years so i am looking forward to trying a different part of BG.

Bought levs from the best bank in Bansko yesterday, got 2.11 to the pound. 2 weeks ago was 2.27 to the pound!!!!!! Surprised

Any rate against the pound will be weakened further in the near future due to the weakening pound and the expected further weakening. Anyone who organised there levs 3-6 weeks ago will be gaining at least 20-30% more than those who wait to Jan and Feb.
