Most of the big hotels have connections or stations. eg Rila, Samokov, Flora. Not sure about costs.re: internet

Not sure but if you ask in the Titanic (opposite Rila swimming pool), they have internet access and should be able to tell you more. Depends if you are taking your own.Have a great time
