hi thinking of going to boverets in jan snowboarding with my boyf, read some of reviews on nightlife, is it ok for couples or is it more like an 18 to 30's holiday, we are only in our late 20s but gone are the days when i can throw back 20 shots of vodka, 6 pints of beer and be up at the crack of dawn without hurling my guts up?? dont mind good night out but is everywhere full of students?also went for our snowboard lesson, i can now use my heel edge woohoo!!

No no no your never to old!!! but i will say 2 couples joined us 3 lads last yr and we all had a great time... Boro is good for everyone kid's and all...you will love it i'm sure....Tiger

oh yes great for couples my daughter met her boyfriend there hate the guy but hey im only the parent.we had couples in our group they where great fun

Me and my boyfriend went to Borovets ski-ing for the first time last year and absolutely loved it! He's 30 and I'm 25. You can make what you want of the nightlife, there are plenty of different bars and restaurants all with their own individual atmospheres. If you did want a crazy drink fuelled night you can surely have one!! 
But if you want a chilled out hot chocolate and brandy by an open fire (Titanic Bar) or just a relaxing meal and drinks you can have that too!! There's a few ...

You can make what you want of the nightlife, there are plenty of different bars and restaurants all with their own individual atmospheres. But if you want a chilled out hot chocolate and brandy by an open fire (Titanic Bar) or just a relaxing meal and drinks you can have that too!! There's a few places with live bands - Francos upstairs or Mamacitas restaurant and also your usual clubby type places - Buzz Bar.
You'll prob end up meeting loads of people and meeting up for drinks - we did and had really fantastic holiday. You know when you're on a good holiday when you can't stop saying what a brilliant time your having!!
