is it going to snow?????

A thought for all of us seasoned skiers out there
We have all had the privelage of skiing on snow, some of us for a couple of decades or more, i can certainly remember asking the same question all those years ago, as the excitement grew and we couldnt wait to hit the slopes for the first time would our money be wasted? would it be a drepressing mud bath well rest assured i worked in the mountains for 10 years and it can snow easily a metre or more in a day, so dont get worried if their is ...

Enjoy Daniel Snell take note and give these people encouragement instead of taking the P****amporovo

re: is it going to snow?????

Why can't you all understand that NO-ONE repeat NO-ONE can predict the weather. Mad

So stop asking stupid questions. There could be masses one year in December and none another year. If you are that worried then don't go early in the season.

Personal attacks on other posters is not in the least bit clever if you ask me. Sad Sad Sad

re: is it going to snow?????

I agree with nozzer

The number of times I have seen people get mocked for asking about snow conditions is shameful. I agree that you cant predict the weather acurately but there are such things as historic snow reports. New comers might not be aware of these and would be better served directed to them than having the piss taken out of them.

I'm with Nick on this one...........thou not a first time skier, I still, and the group I party with are very excited on the fact it's now snowing in Pamporova.
The whole point of a discussion board is to pass on good constructive information to others.

re: is it going to snow?????

Val, no one was asking stupid questions in this thread, and not really an attack on our Dan now was it. Maybe a bit of banter, but not an attack. Not as if he doesn't dish it out every now and then is it, he can take it i'm sure.

re: is it going to snow?????

I am all for constructive information. That is exactly why questions about whether there will be good snow at Christmas or not are non constructive cos nobody knows.

Newcomers should be asking sensible questions about the resorts themselves. There is a wealth of knowledge and information out there to be imparted.

If you go early in the season you take a chance on the snow conditions. End of story.......................

Interesting Nick. Now as I have stated before I dont have a problem with people asking about snow, its just that most of the poster's cannot be arsed to look back a page thats 1 page and see that their question has already been answered!!! That is what P***** me off!
