Steve, I think that most people on this forum appreciate your generosity for providing the free Pamps webcam and that they also appreciate that the Snow Gods have their own agenda. I reckon it's just that people get a bit upset when they have spent the money booking their holiday and have been eagerly awaiting it, the poor snow conditions doesn't do much for their feelings and attitude.I wouldn't read into it too much or take it to heart.

Brilliant hotel, for its rating. Its not a 5 star by any streach of the imagination. Out of all the hotels we have stopped in its the best for us. Comfortable, warm, great food, helpfull staff. Stopping there again begining March 3rd time in 12 months. (have stopped in the Shezanca, Finlandia and the Rohzen)P.S. the lifts are amazing, beware. Its part of the Bulgarian experiance.
