just got back from 2 weeks in pamps!

Just got back last night from 2 brilliant weeks in pamps! had fantastic snow for all 2 weeks.

any one any questions ask away!

Hi There,
Looking to go to Pamporovo next year did you get any feed back on any of the hotels there? Re: location, food, facilities etc? Any advice greatly received.

we stayed at the murgavets great hotel with good facilities, swimming pool etc poor food though although most hotels are the same. excellent location it is joined to the other hotels where the nightlife is by a underground tunnel so no going outside!

there are plently of places to eat out but just budget for this before you go.

heya!! im jus back with the school there!! i was away n pamporovo 4 a week!! it was da best holiday eva da snow was brillant even da instuctor was 2!! da food is rotten!! but dat was da prob jus da hotel i stayd n snezkana{{cnt spell}} x

Do I take it that the food, in general, in Bulgaria is not quite what we are used to?! And that its just not up to our standards and viewed as poor? Or do I just need to research the hotel's restaurants a bit more carefully before choosing my accomodation?!

personally i feel its the hotel food. The food when you eat out is of a higher standard. National Bulgarian food is diffierent from what we are used to but you can find things to eat.

There is an italian, BBQ, Chinese and various other bars etc that serve food which is fine!

So would you recommend trying to get b&b and eating out for dinner instead of getting h/b?

no where does b+b we tried it this year after we went last year or even room only but on where does this its all helf board im afraid. But if you think about it its cheaper than most ski resorts anyway!

Thank u! It never works out cheaper for us to go self catering either as there's only 2 of us, so it looks like we'll just book and make the best of it if it really is as bad as some of the reviews make out!
