Type this in the address bar snowshack.dyndns.org don't use www. You need to be using internet explorer, not mozilla firefox or any other browser. They do not support "active-X'. You need to make sure this is enabled in your security settings for the camera to work. There is a small program that will install the first time you connect to the camera, just accept it. Please note that you need to enter the user name: live and in the password space leave it blank.

Hi Allison, what photos? It's dark now but you should have a live feed in real time on the screen.

ive installed it and run active x,and still cant get live feed
just says cant open registry
it will be this windows vista/or me lmao
