hello everybody i could use some help! Im off to borovets on saturday and i must say really looking foward to it having already been last year. However, having carelessly forgotten to order my copy of Bulgaria Pocket Guide for Thieves i have stumbled upon a query : Do known fellons re-entering the country get arrested immediately!? And if so, what constitutes a fellon? I mean, say FOR EXAMPLE, that a certain individual on their last visit had questionably aquired such items as road signs, ...

And if so, what constitutes a fellon? I mean, say FOR EXAMPLE, that a certain individual on their last visit had questionably aquired such items as road signs, hotel signs, beer glasses, restaurant menus, towels, and a public telephone!? What would likely happen to such a person?

Definitely deported on arrival at the airport unless they bring the items back with them and return them - then it's not theft as you only borrowed them.Theft is defined as Appropriate, Property, Belonging to Another, with the Intention of Permanently Depriving them of it.

i think ill just have to.... convince my friend to risk it!!Will anybody come and bail me out if i get arrested!? I dont fancy being in a foreign prison with lots of hairy bulgarian men, the women are dodgy looking enough for my liking lol!!
