Does any one know where you can buy lift passes from beore you go without booking a holiday?!

You could try this site but I think they will only sell them as part of a package. Other than that you will have to buy in resort.

BANSKO LIFT PRICES IN RESORT.
Half day 25 Leva Adult 12.50 Leva Child under 12.
1 Day 50 Leva Adult 30 Leva Child under 12.
3 Day 145 Leva Adult 82 Leva Child under 12.
6 Days 280 Leva Adult 155 Leva Child under 12.

Other resorts will be very simular.

Please guys this has absolutely nothing to do with the original question, i am all for having a laugh and a joke but if i was new to this forum then this kind of abuse from both sides would certainly put me off. I know we can't always agree with each other but there is no need to act like kids in the playground pulling each others hair.
