re: lift passes

What makes you think you can get a lift pass on a transfer bus? Confused

re: lift passes

rob..youve no chance of getting a lift pass on the transfer bus because the driver, escort or rep dont speak english and will just look at you blankly or ask you a stupid question!!!

no seriously...if your bus has a rep then you will be able to buy one or book and pay for one for collction at the welcome meeting the following moring. i did this first couple of times...obviously its still cheaper to book in advance when you book the holiday which is what i do now..

re: lift passes

To be fair PP, some resorts - not Bulgaria, granted - do have reps on the bus and you can buy lift passes off them.

re: lift passes

not bulgaria?? inghams dish out your prebooked lift passes on the bus...or you can pay for one, get a voucher and exchange for pass the next morning from the rep..2 years ago i did the same with neilsons..

re: lift passes

I am not saying you can and I'm not saying you can't. But it is leaving it very 'last minute' to believe you can. And I would add that Bansko stopped selling lift passes at the Gondola 2 weeks ago by 10 o'clock as in their words 'the mountain was full'. It is always best in my mind to sort all this out well before you leave home.

re: lift passes

Inghams do give out lift passes on the coach for those that have previously prepaid in the UK, they will sell lift pass vouchers on the coach, but you may not get the reduced price you can get when pre-booking. If you are travelling with a tour operator it is far better to book in advance if possible, I paid £90 per lift pass in advance, at the gondola that will be 283lv so a saving of at least £30-£40 depending on exchange rate.
Pete is quite right, never a good idea to leave to the last ...

re: lift passes

We're arriving in Bansko next Thursday (25th) and want 6 day ski passes.
Does anybody know where these can be purchased online in advance from?

Thanks!

you r much better pre paying thru your tour company prior to departure.
u may also find the full ski pack much cheaper than the lift pass
you will pay 3 times the price from the reps
