re: meal in pamps

The folk night is good fun, they spit roast a lamb over an open fire and a bit of dancing thrown in. Not sure if a 10 year old would like it though but it is a lively evening.

There is a bowling alley in the Perelik Hotel and yes husky rides are available, she might alos like to go sledging.

re: meal in pamps

Most hotels will supply a birthday cake if you order it at your reception a few days in advance.

Nice surprize with dinner. Take over some balloons etc and do the table up before she comes down.

BBQ place is in the hotel Murgavets next door to your hotel, very good food and good prices as well.

re: meal in pamps

The husky ride goes from the midstation on the slopes and are quite reasonable .....hold on tight though. There is a BBQ restaurant which is by the Murgavets which comes higly recommended on this site which has a traditional bulgarian evening and fab food. Or you could get a fab meal at the italian restaurant and then go bowling at the perelik. I am going out saturday and will have a word with my friend out there and see if she has any other ideas.

re: meal in pamps

The Malina made a great effort for my daughters 8th birthady a few years ago. Supplied the cake iced with her name, balloons, party poppers and hats!
All they charged us for was the cake, a couple of quid at the most.
So you could do worse than talk to your hotel or book a restaurant in advance, they will do you proud, lovely people!
A great night, especially for her, and we will be back on Saturday for the 3rd time (the day after her birthday!).
