Taking the family to Pamporo on Saturday. Should we get currency here, sterling travellers cheques here, use the atm there or the credit card there? How much should a family take for a week away, (half board, ski hire and lessons already paid for). Any other advice about anything?re: money!
Dont take travellers cheques as they dont accept and you can change english only sterling there. There are cash machines there alsore: money!

Cash is king porters will give you 2.65 to £ their is a bank next to perelik open till 4re: money!
Yes there is a charge for using the ATM's. I was charged £1.72 for each withdrawal of 200 Lev (at 2.75 lev/£). I took some cash as well, in case the machine was empty/faulty. One tip, make sure the notes you take are clean, with no rips/writing on them, if they are, they won't change them.Banknote
