mountain paradise??

hello peeps!!
Nothing ever goes to plan, the appartments we booked have probs? so we have been given the mountain paradise appartments instead! Does anyone know what they are like?? i have 3 kids and hate nasty surprises. Are they far from the gondala or in a noisy area?? Would like to be a little prepared as i think we will arrive very late and will probably all be grumpy, do i need to get legless on the plane??

re: mountain paradise??

There are three Mountain paradises, one is near the gondola, I know this as i met a couple staying there on the gondala and they said they were a bit upset as they booked it as it was near the condala , but the one they are in is a bit of a walk.

They said it was a nice place though and there is a courtesy bus to the gondola

One Word ... Superb

We stayed there last year ... everything is brand new .. and hardly any people about ...

A little way from the Gondola but they do have a courtesy bus ... they do charge for it so make sure you sort the rates out before you start using it ...

But as I say the place is fantastic ...

Bar prices were good too Booze

Have a great time

re: mountain paradise??

No ...

This will be our third time in Bansko and to dat nere had a problem with the queues ..

The first day is a bit of a nightmare getting kitted out with ski/boot hire .... but after that it was plain sailing all week ...

The Gondala ride is approx 20 mins .. Ski school starts at 10am .. everyone has to meet at the top gondola station .. so try to make sure you are there to get on it at around 9am to avoid the rush ... or if you are not having ski school then around the 10 am ...
