cheryl and sonia walked it season before last and it took them 4.mind you their no spring chickens ! have you walked it in the snow?

Bobby and I walked it in the snow in just under 2 hours including putting my foot through the ice into the stream and then having to carry on walking....not good....

there was loads of snow wen i walked it,would have taken me 4hrs if there had been a couple of bars on route mind lol

cheryl said it was knee high but to sonia that was about waist deep ! [sorry sonia only joking].anyway , and to ponty paul.if you were at the start of the mussala pathway why didnt you go back down the gondola !

Paul - in ski boots, I would have done exactly the same - walking back up from there would probably take the same amount of time as going down....!

thats wat i thawt,the official start of the mussalla pathway is a fair hike UP to the gondola,still think my overweight 47 year old body made the right decision,and i was like usain bolt in some parts to smash the 2 hr mark ,cheers Paul

ah ,so you were part way down then.my point was that kerry would have to walk all the way from the gondola which cheryl said took her 4 hours.i cant say myself as i haven't done it.but to walk it in ski boots,i take my hat off to ya.i'd hate to have to do it myself.steve.g

finally,slightly crossed wires,unless i am mistaken the mussalla pathway entrance is quite a way from the gondola,i skied from gondola down to mussalla pathway entrance,thats where i encountered my ski problem,and the walk down the pathway is prob easier than walking back up,can see how it took cheryl 4hrs,but she walked quite a distance untill the entrance to the mussalla pathway,hope a bit of clarity lol,cheers Paul
