I think the Panorama is quite a way out of town but there are plenty of taxis.

The Panorama is next to the Elina, which is where we stayed last Feb. It is quite a way out, but the location is soooo beautiful - in the middle of a pine forest. At the Elina, you could book the hotel's own transport to and from town, although you had to ask - it wasn't advertised. They charged 2 lev return, so it was way cheaper than a taxi. The Panorama may well operate the same system - ask your rep. The other bonus is that these hotels are the first pickup for the morning ski bus.re: pamps
Stayed at the Panorama 2 years ago, they were friendly and helpful - tho food really wasn't up to much and we ate out most nights after we found a good restaurant, can't remember the name of it, but as you walk in the murgavets turn left and its right at the end down the stairs - really good food and good prices too. Rooms were smallish but clean. Main problem was that it is a way out of the centre and its a taxi back everynight (they do run their bus in most nights at certain times tho, for ...

Best bar when i was there was probably BJ's tho a freind went last year and said new white hart bar was very good...
